We do both.
Most homes need more than one trade to feel finished. A resanded floor meets freshly painted baseboard. Enameled cabinets meet new tile. Stained treads meet crisp white risers. When one crew holds the brush, the sander, and the nail gun, every line meets the way it should.
That is how we have worked since 2016 - a family crew, doing the whole finish ourselves, in homes across Sherburne County.

The kitchen you already own, enameled to a factory-smooth, updated finish - plus subway tile and backsplash work.
04Flooring & Resand-and-Refinish
Hardwood installation, sanding and finishing, full resand-and-refinish of existing floors, LVP, laminate, and floor repair.
05Trim, Doors & Finish Carpentry
Interior trim and moldings, door and window casing, board and batten, stair treads and risers, framing repair.

You will never pay more than what we estimated. If you add work along the way, we talk it through and price it before we lift a tool - never after. That has been our policy since day one, and it is why our customers come back with the next room.
